I have a XP- 830 Printer, it rubs so hard on CD/DVDs when I print on one and makes a mess of it and kicks it out of tray, also does same with pictures, what can I do to keep it from rubbing so hard, have alined the head so many times thinking that would help but nothing helps. Bought this printer just a year ago and been fighting it every sence.
