I had a microsoft update and the printer stopped working. I reloaded the software for the HP officejet 7612 got the e-all=in-one and lost my 1200 dpi resolution and all the paper types and download extensions. The dpi rating is 600 I only have Jpg and pdf, before I had more types and the list of sizes of paper plus adjustable was available.
