Cannot print cardstock on my hp officejet 8620,The cardstock is letter size 8.5×11,the weight of the cardstock is 110lbs.when I try to print on cardstock, I am getting a “out of paper” message.I’ve already configured the printer from the “printer and scanners” setting, also there is a factory setting configuration on the printer itself.
