MY HP printer is not allowing me to print even though I just replaced all of the ink office jet 6600 the print failure message will not turn off the screen. I have shut it off and turned it back on I have unplugged it waited turned it back on and unplugged it from my computer as well the message says ‘there is a problem with the printer or ink’ that if it doesnt work when I turn it back on to contact HP
