We just bought an HP Envy 5250 printer. we set it up and it was working great. then I unplugged it and now when I try to print it says it is not connected. We can however print from our phones. can you help?
I would recommend you to uninstall the printer drivers from the root level. To do so
-In Windows, search for and open Programs and features. Search and Select your HP Printer and Select Uninstall
-In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers. In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. Find your printer for the list, right-click on it and choose `Delete’ or `Remove Device’
-Open up the run command by pressing and holding the “Windows key + R” key together at the same time. Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”) Open on the “Drivers” tab Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove Select Ok elect Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows .Close Devices and Printers
Visit the support hp com and download the latest version of your printer drivers and install the drivers back into your computer.
