5610 Alll-in-One switched to new computer and tried to register but couldn’t complete

I have a 5610 Alll-in-One. Just switched to a new computer and tried to go through registration but couldn’t complete it. I do not have the CD any longer. Now when I try to open the Solution Center it access the HP help files by clicking on the Start menu but there are no help files. What to do please? Thanks.
