We reinstralled our printer yesterday an Epson 7720, now I’m trying to copy and print a sheet from the printer and its not allowing me to saying I have the wrong paper in the cassettes. I have not changed the paper so I’m not sure what the provblem is
Open Devices and Printers, find your printer from the list and right click on it and select Printer Properties. On the Paper Size Loaded, select the paper size you have loaded on the cassette (if paper size do not match, select others, this is recommended for the back tray) Uncheck the Paper Size Notice if you want the printer to print even if the paper size exceeds the printable area. Click on Apply and Yes for confirmation. Close the Printing Setting window
