Epson WF-2650 paper jam was removed but still claims paper jam. i believe sensor is off

I have a Epson WorkForce WF-2650 model printer in my office and, it has been out of commission for over a week due to a paper jam. I removed the paper that was jammed, but it still claims there is a paper jam. I believe the sensor is off.
