Hi, you can try these following steps for the error message User Intervention Required.
Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor provided from the link below
https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03286146
Sometimes the print file job send to print gets corrupted and causes this problem. So clear all the print queue

Reset the printer – unplug the power cord from the back of the printer while its powered on, wait for 2 minutes and plug the power cable back into the printer
Search in windows, “Troubleshooting”  From the Hardware and Sound category Select use a printer click next to begin the printing troubleshooting tool
