HP 4650 the program stops responding Each time I attempt to print from Outlook,

I am having problem printing from my office computer to a HP OfficeJet 4650 . I can print from my phone and laptop. Each time I attempt to print an attachment from Outlook, the program stops responding. I have uploaded new drivers, rebooted computer, and rebooted network.
