Hi. My HP designjet T520 has been displaying an error message “printer failure” ever since I replaced the black ink cartridge

Remove the black ink cartridge and look if there is any leak, that could be causing the issue
Remove the printhead from the printer and restart the printer
If you don’t get the message, clean the electrical contacts on the printhead and the printer, then reinstall the ink cartridge back to the printer and look if you are still getting the error message
