I have an Envy 4520 printer It is having two problems that just started at the same time today. It is not picking up the image when copying, just produces a blank page. Also it is not taking paper through the feed. All paper is now jamming and wrinkling at the back rollers. It won’t connect to the computer it’s telling me to open HP software and manage scan to computer
