HP OfficeJet 7612 Printer still not working after ink change


We have a printer in our officer HP OfficeJet 7612 – we got new ink for it today and it is still not working The printer has been dormant for a while. Yes, it will ‘print’ but the page is blank when it comes out. The Printer also is saying that there is an ink problem. We have switched the printer off a few times, as well as making sure the ink is in properly
