I bought the printer HP Office Jet Pro for our office on November 17, 2017 from Quill and the printer is now not printing. Our computer tech guys have worked off and on on-line on it today and it printed a few times but then shut down completely. I see that the warranty is for one yeaR
our tech guys are scheduled to remote in after we leave so that they can try to re-boot everything but we’ve tried that a couple of times already with no results.
