My HP 5520 printer has stop printing,the printed page comes up with 6 colors at the bottom part

My printer has stop printing. I ran some test and the only that comes up is the 6 colors at the bottom of the page. I tried to print again and only a faint letters appear.it is HP 5520 printer.
