Please uninstall and reinstall the full feature printer software and drivers and follow these steps:
-Uninstall the printer software from the computer
-Download the full feature software and drivers by clicking on the link below

-Install the full feature software and drivers into the computer
-Once you have downloaded and installed the full feature software and drivers,
