My HP Laptop suddenly disconnected to the Internet. I already perform a network reset, updated the network adapter drivers and restart my laptop as well, still cannot connect. I then tried to connect my laptop to my phone hotspot and the internet is working. But when I try to reconnect to the router again, it says “Can’t connect to this network”. What should I do?

Try starting the laptop in “safe mode with networking” to see if you can connect. If you are getting connected in safe mode then a 3rd party program such as an anti-virus software maybe the problem. The trick is to find out which one is the culprit.
