I have an HP 6330 printer,Holding the Cancel (X) button for 5 seconds should print a report. However nothing happens,Also after replacing my ink cartridge the black ink light still blnks,Since the older printers do not have LED consoles I am unable to see any ‘error messages’ from the printer.So is this a case of call the printer dead or is there something reasonable to try.
When your printer is having multiple issues, you should try to individually fix them. For the buttons not working in the right way, check whether all the parts installed in the HP machine have been separated from protective tapes. If not, then these can come in the way of functioning.
