My Epson printer says Printer Error state and it says turn off and on again, I did that but it still says the same thing.

It may have been thoughtful to turn on and off your printer. However, hardware issues may be bugging it. Hence, it may remain in the error state. To look for such issues, inspect the cables and cord of your Epson printer. If the device is old, its cables may also be old then. They may have been dust-covered or damaged. When you fix all these hardware problems, the error state may no longer remain.
