I pulled a piece of paper that got stuck out of my hp6500a and now it won’t print I get an error code o.c19a0020. Can you help me?

the error message is usually relate with ink cartridges so make sure you always use genuine hp printer ink cartridges for your printer. If you are using a genuine ink cartridges and you are still getting the error message. try these steps
-Reset your printer – to reset the printer, unplug the power cord from the rear of the printer while the printer is on and in idle state.
-Check ink level of your cartridges
-do a printer head cleaning from the printer control panel
-Replace the printhead
