I just downloaded app for new HP Envy 7100 All-in-One series printer (7155) and I am unable to print even though I ‘see’ the printer in devices . . and, on the screen on printer it’s ‘stuck’ on ‘Use HP cartridges . . ‘ or something like that. They are installed, so what’s the problem?I’ve been working on it over an hour now, and I””m computer literate.
