  • Select “Networking”/”Network” in “EWS”.

  • Opt for “Suggest a Manual IP Address”.
  • Check that the following information matches with that on the “Network Configuration Page”.
    • “Subnet Mask”
    • “IP Address”
    • “Default Gateway”

Note: If “Suggest a Manual IP Address’ isn’t seen, you can manually write “Subnet Mask”, “IP Address”, and “Default Gateway”. You can also save your IP address somewhere for using it when required.

  • Press “Apply”
  • Give some time for the changes to be made.
  • Open “Devices and Printers”.
  • Tap “F5”. 
  • Select your device’s name. Then check its status.

There is no “Use printer online” option in win-10.
Just “Use printer offline”.

Did you check the default printer settings? I was going through hp printer is saying offline problem, just because I selected my old printer as a default printer.
